Refund policy

You may return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returns are accepted only if the product is in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

A refund will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
These include, but are not limited to:

• Film cut to size (PPF, vinyl, etc.);

• Paint mixed according to a specific color code;

• Personalized embroidery, special prints, or any made-to-order items.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

The customer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by providing written notice via email, the contact form on the website, or WhatsApp.

The customer may cancel the order prior to shipment of the product without any cancellation fee or penalty.

In the event of cancellation after the product has been shipped or received, a cancellation fee may be charged in accordance with applicable law.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unused, and without any damage, defect, or impairment of any kind.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation of cancellation and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
